Free Rummy – Online Rummy card game

This game uses a standard 52-card deck, suitable for 2 to 6 players. The goal is to be the first to form “melds” with your hand: including “sets” (3-4 cards of the same rank, like three 8s) or “runs” (consecutive cards of the same suit, like 3-4-5 of spades). Players take turns drawing from the stockpile or the top of the discard pile, then discarding one card, until someone goes out. Remaining cards’ points are scored by losers (A=1 point, 2-10=face value, J/Q/K=10 points), accumulating to 500 points or a specified score to win. Common variants include Gin Rummy (2-player, emphasizing low deadwood knocking) or Indian Rummy (13 cards, requiring a pure sequence).
