What belt size do I choose ? Multiply the trouser size by 2 and add 10 cm.

For example, for size 44 trousers the calculation would be (44 x 2) + 10 = 98 cm. You would need a belt size of 95 or 100. (Important: the total length of the belt from end to end in centimetres of a given size is about 10-15 cm more than the size, so a size 100 measures about 110-115 cm)
